Dear Patients and Subscribers,

 The new year started with new leadership at both of our clinics.  Jennifer Haynes, MSPT, had been our Clinical Director in West L.A. for over two years, doing a spectacular job in treating her patients as well as managing a large, dedicated staff.  In mid-December, she moved to Texas with her fiancé - we wish her great success.  

 Jenn Emery, DPT, was promoted from her position as Clinical Director at the Woodland Hills office to the much larger clinic in West L.A.  Jenn led the small group of six employees for over two years before being called upon to take the reins of the WLA group composed of twenty-nine members.  She is known for her meticulous attention to detail, which has made the transition fairly seamless. Jenn is enthusiastic about her work and role as leader. She maintains high standards of excellence and is proactive in raising the bar to be sure her whole team is working up to their potential.  She leads with a light-hearted but firm touch, so we expect 2011 to see the WLA clinic soar as did Jenn's previous clinic in 2010.

 In Woodland Hills, Ashley Gast, DPT, was promoted to Clinical Director.  Last spring, when we needed coverage at our clinic on the Motion Picture & Television Fund campus, Ashley volunteered to help.  She worked there several months before returning to her role as a staff therapist in WLA.  When Jenn Emery recently accepted leadership of the WLA clinic, we asked Ashley, who was already familiar with the valley clinic to take over.  In her first year after graduation from Loma Linda University, Ashley became a superior therapist with a strong following of loyal patients and now, in her second year, she is unquestionably on her way to becoming an excellent Clinical Director.  In the past month her new clinic has had their four most productive weeks ever!
